Integrated therapy
My focus is to offer a supportive and welcoming space for you to explore your process of healing, and to step into the brilliance of and belonging with all that you are. I offer a compassionate, creative, collaborative, intuitive, trauma-informed, and skill-based approach to the work. My view of holistic is one that considers a systemic lens, as well as the use of integrative modalities that support a mind-body approach for embodied living. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, fertility, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My area of specialty is woven from somatic psychology, yoga, and mindfulness, and a degree in mental health counseling with a holistic specialization. In addition to a somatic, relational, and transpersonal orientation, I utilize EMDR and also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as providing integration support for psychedelic therapy.
It takes courage to reach out, especially in times of great challenge. It is my hope this work empowers a greater connection to the wisdom within you and offers a restorative space for connection and healing. Please feel free to email to set up an initial consultation.
KETAMINE ASSISTED PYCHOtherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy combines the rapid-acting effects of ketamine with therapeutic support to address mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This approach leverages ketamine’s ability to promote neuroplasticity and alter brain connectivity, enhancing the effectiveness of psychotherapy. Administered in a controlled, clinical setting, it aims to provide patients with profound psychological insights and lasting emotional relief, often after traditional treatments have been insufficient.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a structured psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR facilitates the brain's natural healing process, reducing the emotional impact of trauma and promoting adaptive coping. It is an evidence-based treatment commonly used for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. EMDR therapy aims to alleviate symptoms and improve overall psychological well-being.
